Excellent service! We added on 1800 sq ft to our home. We were unsure whether to get an additional unit or to replace the existing unit. Shawn explored didn't options with us and put a lot of effort in finding the solution that worked best and was very thorough of discussing these options and explaining the differences with us. We got quotes from from 3 other companies, not one of them gave us as many options as Shawn nor did they take the time understand layout of our house. "They were in and out". Shawn was very reliable and always showed up when expected and was in contact with us the entire time. Very prompt in returning calls and getting the work completed. He worked very well with all the contractors, especially the electrician. We would recommend Trustworthy 100%.

I give Shawn a solid A+ :) He did the job in 1/3 the time companies in Perryville quoted ... You get to talk to him when you call, he was able to troubleshoot over the phone, I had an idea of the cost ~ there was no song and dance ... and he got to me quickly. I'm as happy as I can be! Thank you.

Trustworthy was the.only HVAC company that answered my call, came out quickly and installed a mini split system that none of the large local companies would touch or even give a bid. I would highly recommend Shawn and Trustworthy to anyone in need of heating and cooling.Thank you Shawn for getting my cabin heated before freezing temperatures set in. A Customer for life.

I had no idea on who to call to fix my ac so i asked a stranger who they use and they recommended Trustworthy and I'm so happy they did! Sean was the serviceman and what i liked is how he explained everything he was doing and the reason for it as he worked. I had wires burnt and he fixed them and filled the coolant. Thinking prob solved, the unit suddenly sounded terrible. So he said it could mean a whole new one but he had an idea on what it could be but would take an hour to do and possibly might not be the issue and he was upfront on cost. Turns out he was right! There was a little chunk of metal broken off blocking the regulator! So he took it out and installed a filter so it wouldnt happen again. My bill was so much less than I expected also (512) for a service call and about 3-4 hours of work in the heat. My dad came home today and thinks lightning hit his and I am sending him Trustworthy's way!

Great service and Shawn is a very nice guy!!
Recommend him for heating and cooling. Put in our fireplace a few yrs ago.

I whole heartedly recommend Trustworthy HVAC for any and every HVAC need! We called Shawn during the build of our new home and had a quote the same day for the complete install of our HVAC system. Since then he has went above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns. When we call him he always returns your calls and is willing to help any way he can! We are 100% satisfied with the work Trustworthy HVAC has given us and will continue to use his services in the future! We were able to get the best setup for our home and Shawn beat the prices of other companies in cape and perryville and had it installed before we knew it! Thanks again Trustworthy HVAC!
